Processing Time

For pre-made items, it typically takes me 2-3 business days to prepare an order for shipping. 

Note that Fablewood Design Co. is a one-person operation, and there may be circumstances out of my control that cause me to take longer to process your order -- but I promise you, I will do my best to get your order to you in a timely manner!

If your order has not shipped within 5 days, please contact me.

Custom Orders/Commissions

Processing time for custom orders/commissions varies widely and is subject to change at any time. Before I begin a custom project, I will provide an estimated completion date with you, however I cannot guarantee that a custom project will be complete by a specific date. I do not offer refunds or discounts for projects that take longer than the estimated time frame.

Standard Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking. Your package is expected to arrive between 2-5 business days after processing, however delays in shipping may occur. Once USPS has possession of the package, I have no control over the delivery process. I am not responsible for late, damaged, or lost packages. Please contact me if you haven't received your package within the expected time frame.

Certain items (for example, stickers) may be sent using a different service, which may or may not include tracking.

At this time I do not offer rush shipping.

International Shipping

Certain items available for purchase on my Etsy shop are eligible for international shipping to select countries, and sales of these items are processed through Etsy. Please visit my Etsy shop for details.
